Professor Chander Presents 'How Law Made Silicon Valley' at University of Washington Law

On May 24, 2012, Professor Anupam Chander gave a faculty workshop at the University of Washington School of Law in which he presented his work-in-progress paper, "How Law Made Silicon Valley."  The paper describes the role of law in creating an environment conducive to the rise of the current crop of Silicon Valley enterprises.

Professor Anupam Chander is a leading scholar in the law of globalization and digitization, and has written widely on international law and cyber law.  He is also Director of the California International Law Center at King Hall.
