Professors Sunder and Chander Present Papers at Harvard Law

Professors Madhavi Sunder  and Anupam Chander traveled to Harvard Law School on May 4-5 to participate in the Fifth Annual Progressive Property Scholars conference. Professor Sunder presented a new work-in-progress titled, "Learning by Doing," and Professor Chander shared his paper, "How Law Made Silicon Valley."

Madhavi Sunder is a Professor of Law at King Hall whose special interests included intellectual property, law and culture studies, women's rights, intellectual property in cyberspace, and international intellectual property

Professor Anupam Chander is a leading scholar in the law of globalization and digitization, and has written widely on international law and cyber law.  He is also Director of the California International Law Center at King Hall.
