Rachel Ray '11 Supports ACLU 'Estamos Unidos' Campaign
Rachel Ray '11 has hosted educational forums and conducted interviews in support of "Estamos Unidos" ("We are United"), a national campaign spearheaded by the American Civil Liberties Union to oppose strict new immigration laws passed in Alabama and Arizona as well as federal detention and deportation policies. ACLU staff will be traveling on a bus throughout California, the Southwest, and the South promoting the campaign, collecting stories of people affected by the new immigration laws, holding educational forums, and conducting outreach.
