Professor Shestowsky Presents on ‘Psychology of Litigants' at American Psychology-Law Society Conference in Puerto Rico

Professor Donna Shestowsky was invited to present her paper entitled "The Psychology of Litigants: How Litigants Evaluate Legal Procedures Ex Ante" at the annual American Psychology-Law Society conference, held in San Juan Puerto Rico from March 15-17, 2012. 

Donna Shestowsky, who has both a law degree and a PhD in Psychology, is a Professor at UC Davis School of Law, where she teaches Criminal Law, Negotiation Strategy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and a seminar in Legal Psychology. She was the 2007 recipient of the Law School's Distinguished Teaching Award.
