Gregory Francisco Gillett '03 to Co-Direct New American Legal Clinic in Fresno
Gregory Francisco Gillett '03, a general practitioner and mediator with the Gillett Law Office in Fresno and a member of the faculty at San Joaquin College of Law, has been named as a co-director of the college's New American Legal Clinic in Fresno. The free legal aid clinic, housed at the Consulate of Mexico in Fresno, will serve the needs of the of the local immigrant community as members seek U.S. citizenship. Gillett figured prominently in a Modesto Bee article on the clinic's opening.
Gillett also serves on the governing board of the Porterville Unified School District and was the President of the Board of El Futuro Credit Union. He is in his final stages of his doctoral candidacy in educational leadership at USC.
