33^rd KHLF Auction Set for February 25

The King Hall Legal Foundation (KHLF) Spring Charity Auction is
set for February 25, and excitement is building for one of the most
enjoyable—and important—events of the year for the King Hall
community. Hopes are high that this year's auction will be another
successful example of Law School faculty, friends, alumni, students,
and staff coming together in support of public interest law at King Hall.

King Hall to Host Ninth Circuit in March

King Hall will host a session of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the
Ninth Circuit in the new Kalmanovitz Appellate Courtroom on March
15. The hearing will mark the first time the Ninth Circuit has held a
session at UC Davis School of Law, and demonstrates the ways in
which the upgraded facilities in King Hall’s new east wing are enriching
students’ experiences and enhancing the Law School’s profile.

In a welcome recognition of UC Davis School of Law’s status as one
of nation’s top public interest law schools, King Hall placed No. 16 in
preLaw magazine’s recent ranking of “Best Law Schools for
Public Interest.”
