Professor Bhagwat Reappointed to California Independent System Operator Board of Governors

California Governor Jerry Brown has reappointed Professor Ashutosh Bhagwat to the California Independent System Operator Board of Governors. The California ISO oversees operation of the state's power grid. Professor Bhagwat was first appointed to serve on its governing board in May 2011.

Professor Bhagwat is an innovative, broad-ranging, and widely published constitutional law scholar.
