Professors Harris, McAllister, and Pruitt Speak at ClassCrits Conference
UC Davis School of Law Professors Angela Harris, Lesley McAllister, and Lisa Pruitt gave talks at the ClassCrits VI Conference held at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles on November 15-16.
Professor Harris participated in a plenary session titled "Towards a Progressive Economic Theory." Professor McAllister spoke as part of a panel on "Public Law, Private Law, and the Common Good." Professor Pruitt moderated at panel on "Student Debt and Default: Reframing the Politics, Practices, and Possibilities" and served as a panelist for a discussion of "Complicating Race."
