Professor Dunning Presents at Western Water Law Conference

Professor Emeritus Harrison C. "Hap" Dunning delivered the keynote address at the Water Law Institute's 20th Annual Western Water Law Conference in Las Vegas November 14-15.  Professor Dunning spoke on "The Public Trust Doctrine in American Law."

Dunning helped to found the environmental law program at UC Davis School of Law and is one of California's most respected environmental law scholars.
