Professor Bhagwat Speaks at UC Berkeley Law Conference

Professor Ashutosh Bhagwat spoke at "Speech, Symbols, and Substantial Obstacles: The Doing and ‘Undue'ing of Abortion Law Since Casey," a daylong interdisciplinary symposium presented at UC Berkeley School of Law on October 4. Professor Bhagwat took part in a panel on "Abortion Speech:  Legal Standards in Reproductive Health Care."

Professor Bhagwat, who was a tenured member of UC Hastings' faculty for more than a decade before joining King Hall in 2011, is an innovative, broad-ranging, and widely published constitutional law scholar.
