Professor Horton Speaks at U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California's Planning Conference

Professor David Horton was asked to speak at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California's 2013 Conference held at Lake Tahoe October 4-6. He took part in a panel on "Arbitration and Access to Justice."

Professor Horton joined the King Hall faculty in 2012 to teach in the area of Trusts, Wills, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He earned his law degree at UCLA, where he graduated Order of the Coif in 2004 and served as Chief Articles Editor of the UCLA Law Review.  He then practiced at the law firm of Morrison & Foerster and clerked for the Honorable Ronald M. Whyte of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.  He has also taught as Loyola Law School and UC Berkeley School of Law.
