Bryce K. Kunimoto '01 to Lead Holland & Hart Diversity Committee

Bryce K. Kunimoto '01, a partner at Holland & Hart LLP, has been named chair of the firm's Diversity Committee. In this capacity, Kunimoto will oversee the implementation of Holland & Hart's strategic diversity plan, including recruiting, partner compensation, retention and development, among other areas of focus.

Kunimoto's practice involves contract disputes, banking law, trade secrets, partnership disputes, NASD/FINRA broker-dealer disputes, construction law, and employment defense. He is one of the founders of the Asian Bar Association of Las Vegas, for which he served as co-president from 2002-2005 and as president in 2012. He has also served in numerous leadership roles for the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA), including vice president of communications (2010-2011), vice president of membership (2009-2010), and former Regional Governor, representing the interests of Asian-American attorneys in Nevada and the Eastern District of California (2007-2009). Additionally, Kunimoto is the former director of the Clark County Bar Association, a position he held from 2007-2010.
