Professor Elmendorf Presents on Voting Rights Act at UC Berkeley Center for the Study of Law & Society

Professor Christopher S. Elmendorf presented his paper "The Geography of Racial Stereotyping: Evidence and Implications for VRA Preclearance after Shelby County v. Holder," at UC Berkeley's Center for the Study of Law and Society on July 11.

Christopher S. Elmendorf is a Professor of Law at UC Davis School of Law whose teaching and research interests include election law, administrative law, statutory interpretation, constitutional law, and property and natural resources law.
