Professor Lee Presents 'Patents and the University' at Melbourne Law School

Professor Peter Lee recently presented his paper, "Patents and the University," at Melbourne Law School. The paper, which is forthcoming in the Duke Law Journal, explores cultural changes in university patenting as well as doctrinal and statutory responses by courts and Congress.

Professor Lee is currently serving as a Visiting Scholar at Melbourne Law School. His visit is hosted by the Intellectual Property Research Institute of Australia (IPRIA).

Professor Lee's scholarly work addresses the intersection of science and society, particularly exploring the patent system's impact on scientific and technological progress.
