Professor Chander Presents ‘Googling Freedom' at Oxford University

On June 15, Professor Anupam Chander presented his paper, "Googling Freedom," as part of the Chinese Internet Research Conference (CIRC) at Oxford University.

Published in the California Law Review, the article provides theoretical grounding for imposing social responsibilities on Internet businesses operating in unfree areas. The article is available for a free download by following the link below.

CIRC is an interdisciplinary conference, now in its 11th year, bringing together academics in multiple disciplines working on the relationship of the Internet to China. Professor Chander spoke on a panel with Guobin Yang, Peter Yu, and Peng Hwa Ang.
