Tim Rozelle '13, Jordy Hur '14, Nasim Tourkaman '14 Compete in National Health Law Transactional Competition

UC Davis School of Law students Tim Rozelle '13, Jordy Hur '14, and Nasim Tourkaman '14 competed in the National Health Law Transactional Competition hosted by Loyola University Chicago School of Law on March 22.  In what was only King Hall's second year of participation in the competition, the students placed fourth in a field of 16 in the overall competition, and also earned fourth place finishes in both the Best Memorandum and the Best Oral Presentations categories.

The King Hall Health Law Association sends thanks King Hall alums Gary Loveridge '72 and Kathryn Doi '85 for helping moot the team presentations. Doi also recruited David Levine, Associate Health System Counsel for UCDMC and Rebecca Downing, Chief Legal Officer, Western Health Advantage to provide feedback to the team.
