Eve Bukowksi '96 Appointed Vice President of State Governmental Affairs at CHI

The California Healthcare Institute (CHI) has announced the appointment of Eve Bukowski '96 as vice president of state government affairs based in CHI's Sacramento Office. CHI is a non-profit public policy research and advocacy organization for California's biomedical R&D industry.

As CHI's vice president of state government affairs, Bukowski is responsible for managing CHI's Sacramento office, where she directs the organization's state government relations advocacy and outreach activities across a range of issues, including implementation of the Affordable Care Act, tax issues, education and workforce development, and environmental regulation.

Bukowski most recently served as executive director for TechNet, a trade association representing biotechnology, clean technology, high-tech, venture capital firms, and social media companies. Prior to her work there, Bukowski served as the government affairs manager at the Port of Oakland.
