Professor Lee Speaks at Stanford Law School

Professor Peter Lee was the featured speaker at a recent "Law and Biosciences" workshop at Stanford Law School. Professor Lee presented a paper entitled "Transcending the Tacit Dimension: Patents, Relationships, and Organizational Integration in Technology Transfer." Professor Lee's paper, recently published in the California Law Review, explores the importance of personal, "tacit" knowledge in transferring patented academic technologies to the private sector for commercialization.
