David Eby '95 Elected Shareholder at Devine Millimet

David Eby '95 has been elected a shareholder at Devine Millimet, the firm has announced. Eby is the Chair of Devine Millimet's Probate Litigation Practice Group. He represents individuals, families and institutions in the Superior and Circuit Courts of New Hampshire in matters involving trusts, guardianships, will contests, powers-of-attorney and other disputes related to the transfer of wealth, as well as in cases involving financial exploitation of the elderly, guardianship, and divorce and custody matters. In addition, he represents companies and individuals in a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters.
