Professor John D. "Jack" Ayer conducted a discussion on "The Future of Chapter 11" with the State Bar of Nevada Bankruptcy Law Section on October 10 in Reno.  John D. Ayer is a professor emeritus at the UC Davis School of Law and an expert in bankruptcy law.
