Judge Judy Hersher '84 Honored as Judge of the Year

Sacramento County Superior Court Judge Judy Hersher '84 has been selected as Judge of the Year by the Sacramento County Bar Association.  The award will be presented at a reception in the fall, and a cover story will appear in the September/October issue of Sacramento Lawyer.

Judge Hersher is a member of the King Hall Alumni on the Bench Association and the Alumni Association Board of Directors.  She left a partnership at Downey, Brand, Seymour, & Rohwer to be sworn in as a Sacramento Superior Court Judge in February 2001.  She has been an active member of Women Lawyers of Sacramento, and has been honored with the Sacramento County Bar Association Humanitarian of the Year award.
