Professor Bhagwat Presents on Justice Kennedy at McGeorge Symposium
On April 6, Professor Ashutosh Bhagwat presented his paper entitled "Justice Kennedy's Free Speech Jurisprudence: A Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis" at a symposium at University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law commemorating the 25th anniversary of Justice Anthony Kennedy's appointment to the U.S. Supreme Court. Bhagwat was a law clerk for Justice Kennedy during the Court's 1991-1992 term.
Professor Bhagwat, a tenured member of UC Hastings' faculty for more than a decade before joining King Hall in 2011, is an innovative, broad-ranging, and widely published constitutional law scholar.
