Professor Bhagwat Presents Paper on Right of Assembly at Washington University Law Conference
Professor Ashutosh Bhagwat presented his paper on "Liberty's Refuge or Refuge of Scoundrels: The Limits of the Right of Assembly" at the Washington University Law "Family Matters" Midwest LGBT Law Conference in St. Louis on March 2.
Professor Bhagwat, a tenured member of UC Hastings' faculty for more than a decade who joined King Hall during the summer of 2011, is an innovative, broad-ranging, and widely published constitutional law scholar.
