Krystal Callaway Jaime Comments on Domestic Violence and Restraining Orders for KCBS Radio

Krystal Callaway Jaime commented for KCBS radio on issues related to restraining orders and domestic violence.  The station's news report dealt with the domestic violence case of San Francisco Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi, who asked a judge to modify an order requiring him to stay away from his wife and son during the court proceedings.  Judges are frequently called upon to rule on such requests as part of domestic violence cases, Jaime said.

"The standard the court is going to use is whether there is a good cause belief that harm or intimidation of the witness has occurred or is likely to occur," said Jaime.
