Tom Stallard '75 Named as American Leadership Forum 2012 Exemplary Leader

Tom Stallard '75 has been named by the American Leadership Forum (ALF) Mountain Valley Chapter as one of three Exemplary Leaders 2012.  The award honors Stallard, a Woodland attorney, for his trailblazing civic leadership.  His many business and civic pursuits include founding a legislative research firm as well as a historic building renovation company, and serving eight years on the Yolo County Board of Supervisors.

Stallard has also been an enthusiastic supporter of UC Davis and the School of Law, serving on the King Hall Alumni Association Board of Directors, of which he is a past president, and volunteering in numerous other capacities.  He and his wife, Meg, have also given generously to the Law School, making a gift to name the Stallard Family Conference Room in King Hall's new east wing. (The naming honors the Stallards as a family in order to also recognize their son, David S. Stallard, a 2004 graduate of King Hall.)
