Dean Johnson Joins SCOTUSblog as Regular Contributor
Dean Kevin R. Johnson has been added to the masthead of SCOTUSblog, the leading non-governmental blog covering the U.S. Supreme Court, as a regular contributor on immigration law topics.
His recent contributions to SCOTUSblog include an analysis of arguments on Judulang v. Holder, a case in which a lawful permanent resident is facing removal based on a criminal conviction; and an essay for an online symposium on SB 1070, Arizona's controversial immigration law.
Kevin R. Johnson is Dean and Mabie-Apallas Professor of Public Interest Law and Chicana/o studies at UC Davis School of Law. He is an internationally recognized scholar in the fields of immigration law and policy, refugee law, and civil rights.
