Raha Jorjani Speaks on Immigration Detention at UC Berkeley School of Law Symposium

Raha Jorjani, staff attorney and lecturer with the UC Davis School of Law Immigration Law Clinic, spoke at UC Berkeley School of Law as part of a symposium on "The Explosion of Immigration Detention: An Inside Look at a Local Detention Facility" held November 15.  Also speaking were Kyra Lilien, Staff Attorney with Centro Legal de la Raza in Oakland, and Allison Davenport, Clinical Instructor with the International Human Rights Law Clinic, which was the lead sponsor of the event.

Raha Jorjani is a staff attorney in the Immigration Law Clinic at the UC Davis School of Law with a special interest in advocacy on behalf of detained immigrants.
