Marc Levinson '73 was interviewed by National Public Radio's Neal Conan for a news report on Talk of the Nation regarding municipal bankruptcies. Levinson, a partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, earned acclaim including an American Lawyer "Dealmakers of the Year" award in 2008 in honor of his leadership role handling the complex bankruptcy case of the City of Vallejo, the largest California city to seek Chapter 9 protection.
