Professor Joslin Wins Scholarly Paper Competition

An article by Professor Courtney Joslin was selected by the Association of American Law Schools' Section on Women in Legal Education as a winner of the 2011 New Voices in Gender Studies scholarly paper competition. Professor Joslin will present the paper, "Modernizing Divorce Jurisdiction: Same-Sex Couples and Minimum Contacts," forthcoming from the Boston University Law Review, at the Association of American Law Schools' Annual Conference in January 2012.

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
