Judge Steve White '74 Authors Column for Sacramento Lawyer

Judge Steve White '74, Presiding Judge of the Sacramento County Superior Court, has authored a column, "Court News," for Sacramento Lawyer, a publication of the Sacramento County Bar Association.  The latest installment, published in the magazine's May/June 2011 issue, deals with budgetary challenges facing California courts, the new expedited trial program offered by the state, and the Sacramento Superior Court's demurrer program.
