Professor Biagioli Speaks on Intellectual Property in Los Angeles, Perth

Professor Mario Biagioli spoke on scientific innovation and intellectual property in lectures at UCLA and the University of Perth, Australia in February.  Professor Biagioli spoke on "Priority: Establishing and Contesting the New in the Technosciences" at the Symposium on Legitimation Crises at UCLA on February 4.  He also gave an address on "The Show that Never Ends: How Intellectual Property Keeps Remaking Knowledge" at the Conference on "Recognizing and Translating Knowledge" at the Institute for Advance Study, University of Western Australia, Perth, February 14-15.

Professor Biagioli, an internationally renowned expert in the fields of Intellectual Property and the History of Copyright, is a new member of the King Hall faculty and founding Director of the Center for Innovation Studies at UC Davis.
