Kira Klatchko '04 Publishes Commentary in Daily Journal

Kira Klatchko '04 published a commentary in the April 28 edition of the Daily Journal, arguing against a blurring or elimination of the line between published and unpublished appellate decisions.  Such a change, she writes in "The Right Track: Publication as the Exception," would bog down the courts, increase costs for law firms and clients, and cause unnecessary confusion.

Klatchko is a senior associate at Best Best & Krieger and vice chair of the firm's appellate group.  She is serving on the State Bar of California's Standing Committee on Appellate Courts.
