Allen Hopper '92 Comments on Drug Tests for National Law Journal

Allen Hopper '92 is prominently featured in a National Law Review article that examines recent attempts by some states to link aid payments to drug test requirements.  The article, "Coming clean to get food stamps," published March 8, interviews Hopper in his capacity as Director of the ACLU Drug Law Reform Project and includes his photograph.

"It's not even a sincere attempt to raise money," states Hopper.  "It's more about scapegoating poor people."
