Professor Larson Comments on Medicinal Marijuana Policy for KCRA-3
Professor Carlton Larson commented for a news broadcast on KCRA-3 on the recent announcement by U.S. Attorney General Eric H. Holder that the Obama administration would effectively end federal raids on distributors of medicinal marijuana in states where medicinal use of marijuana has been legalized.
Professor Larson stated that with the change in policy, he would "expect that we would now see significantly greater numbers of people offering medical marijuana, people using it and relying on it, because now they can feel safe."
