Professor Lee Presents Paper at Intellectual Property Colloquium
Professor Peter Lee recently presented his paper "Patent Law and the Two Cultures" at the Works In Progress Intellectual Property Colloquium at Seton Hall University School of Law. The colloquium brings together junior and senior intellectual property scholars to offer substantive feedback on works in progress.
Peter Lee is an acting Professor of Law at King Hall whose special interests include intellectual property, patent law, and property. His research has examined the intersection of science and society as well as the patent system's impact on scientific and technological progress.
