Professor Lee Presents Paper at Patent Law Colloquium
Professor Peter Lee presented his paper "Patent Law and the Two Cultures: Technology, Formalism, and the Supreme Court's Holistic Turn" at the Patent Scholarship Colloquium at Santa Clara University School of Law on September 26. Professor Lee also attended the "Sources of Uncertainty in Patent Litigation" conference on September 25.
Peter Lee is an acting Professor of Law at King Hall whose special interests include intellectual property, patent law, and property. His research has examined the intersection of science and society as well as the patent system's impact on scientific and technological progress.
