David I. Brown '74 Appointed as Sacramento Superior Court Judge

David I. Brown '74 has been appointed by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger to serve as a Sacramento County Superior Court judge.  Brown is a founding partner at the Law Offices of Bailey & Brown where he has worked since 1978. In addition to his litigation practice, he has been an arbitrator and mediator, and for the last several years has also served as a judge pro tem in Sacramento, Yolo, and El Dorado county superior courts.
