The California Supreme Court Clinic and the Immigration Law Clinic are co-sponsoring a panel on In re Sergio Garcia, a case now pending before the California Supreme Court that will decide whether undocumented immigrants may be admitted to the State Bar.  The panel will feature former California Supreme Court Justice Carlos Moreno, who authored one of the primary amicus briefs supporting Mr. Garcia's admission, and ACLU staff attorney Jennifer Chang Newell.
