The Honorable Judge Charles Brower has been a Judge of the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal in The Hague since 1983 and has served as Judge Ad Hoc of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.  He will deliver a public lecture, sponsored by the California International Law Center (CILC).
