Tuan Pham, a partner in Goodwin Proctor’s Business Law Department in San Francisco and a member of the Real Estate, REITs & Real Estate Capital Markets Group, is an industry-recognized project finance specialist in the public finance arena. He has particular expertise in the area of financing real estate, energy and public infrastructure developments using tax-exempt bonds and tax credits. Mr. Pham received his law degree from Boalt Hall at the University of California, Berkeley, and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
