Below are suggestions to locate both legal and non-legal articles using mostly online resources. Keep in mind that some publications are not available in digital online format and you may need to search the journal title (not the article title) in an online catalog such as MORT or MELVYL to look for a copy in print format. For assistance locating articles contact a reference librarian.

If you have a journal name, try the UC Davis Electronic Journals A-Z or, to see holdings for the entire UC-System, consult the CDL A-Z eJournal List . You may also search for journal titles in MELVYL . If you cannot find articles on your topic, consult a reference librarian at lawlibref@ucdavis.edu or call 752-0210.

Factiva - Factiva provides access to global news and business information, including local newspapers, same-day newswires, company reports, and media programs. Provides company information including market data and competitors. Includes full-text of the Wall Street Journal. Coverage in more than 20 languages
Lexis-Nexis Academic - select the "News" tab to search major newspaper and news wires.
NewsBank - a database of local, state, national and world news.
ProQuest Newspapers - Current full-text of the Los Angeles Times, New York Times (including the New York Times Magazine and the New York Times Book Review), and the Wall Street Journal. For historical backfiles, see ProQuest Historical Newspapers.
