Exam Change Request Form: This form should be used in the event that you have two exams scheduled on the same day. Consecutive days of exams do not constitute exceptional circumstances under the Regulations of the Faculty of the School of Law. Please see Faculty Regulations (2.2A(1) for further information on rescheduling final examinations.
Transcripts: An official record of each student's academic work at UC Davis is retained permanently by the Office of the University Registrar. Copies of Official Transcripts, upon a student's written request, will be mailed to institutions, agencies and individuals or provided to the student in a sealed envelope. A separate transcript is provided for undergraduate, graduate, and professional studies completed at UC Davis.
