Wiley Manuel Law Foundation Scholarship

Eligibility: Wiley William Manuel (1927-1981) was the first African American California Supreme Court Justice. Justice Manuel was deeply concerned about the social, economic, and legal problems facing persons of color. The Foundation awards scholarships to Northern California law students who best exemplify the qualities of the late Justice Wiley.
