Giving to UC Davis School of Law provides vital, irreplaceable support to enhance our current academic and student programs, expand educational opportunities available, recruit and retain top-notch faculty and staff, provide updated and modernized facilities and teaching methods, and ensure that the most promising students can attend the Law School, regardless of economic status.

The King Hall Annual Fund provides vital, irreplaceable support to enhance our current program and expand the educational opportunities available to our students.

Every dollar you give to the King Hall Annual Fund supports our students through student organizations, journals, library services, facilities, technology enhancements, interactions with alums, scholarships and expanded academic programs.

State Assistance for UC Davis School of Law has dramatically decreased, shifting the financial burden to students. Through these changing financial times, UC Davis School of Law stands firm in its commitment to be a leader in fostering a cooperative and supportive student atmosphere through a sense of community. We need your help to continue this legacy. Gifts to the Annual Fund enable it to become a more substantial, meaningful source of income to directly support King Hall and our students.

UC Davis School of Law is in the midst of raising $8 million in private support to complete funding of the King Hall Expansion and Renovation Project. Click here for more details on how to support this effort or contact Jean Flournoy Korinke, Director of Giving Programs, at (530) 754-5328.

In addition to scholarship and faculty support provided by the Annual Fund and other current-use funds and gifts, endowed scholarships and chairs can be established to create long-term sources of income for these critically important areas. Endowed funds invest the principal and allow the annual income to be available for use as specified by the endowment. Endowed scholarships can be established for a minimum of $100,000, while endowed Professorships begin at $500,000 and endowed Chairs begin at $1 million. Contributions can also be made to the existing King Hall "General Scholarship Fund". If you are interested in establishing an endowed scholarship or chair, please contact Jean Flournoy Korinke, Director of Giving Programs, at (530) 754-5328.
