Michael E. Taylor '69 to Receive 2012 Northwest Indian Bar Association's Lifetime Achievement Award
Michael E. Taylor '69 has been selected to receive the 2012 Northwest Indian Bar Association's Lifetime Achievement Award. The honor recognizes Taylor for his contributions to the field of Indian law and his commitment to Tribal law, tribal culture, and the humanities. The Spring 2013 issue of
Indian Law Newsletter includes a profile of Taylor, listing his many accomplishments achieved in representing the Quinault Nation, the Pueblo Tribes, the Colville Tribes and the Tulalip Tribes, among others, and acting as a mentor for Native Americans interested in pursuing a career in law.
