Attrition
The UC Davis School of Law's graduating class of 2007 had an enrollment of 194 students. Of that initial enrollment, 98 percent enrolled the third semester and 93 percent went on to graduate. The average over the past five years has been 96 percent enrolled in the third semester and 92 percent continued through graduation. Students do not continue their enrollments for a variety of personal and professional reasons. Academic disqualifications are extremely rare.
UC Davis School of Law Bar Passage
UC Davis bar passage rate for first-time examinees on the July 2007 California Bar Examination was 84 percent. The California state bar passage rate on the July exam for first-time examinees from ABA approved schools was 76 percent.
