 On occassion, applicants are unable to find or print the certification form required to complete the electronic application process. Our preference is that you submit the certification form located at the LSAC website but if doing so presents a problem, use the word document posted here. Print the certification form and mail it along with your application fee or application fee waiver form to the Admission Office at UC Davis Law School. Certification Letter Fee Waiver Form If you would like a copy of the UC Davis Catalog, you may download a PDF or request that a copy be mailed to you. |
